Theresa F. Haenn, MBA, CFRE, Founding Member has been a senior development executive for international development, health-related, human service and continuing care retirement communities for more than 19 years. Prior to her fundraising career, Theresa and her husband owned a technology-driven in-bound call center for 14 years employing 25 people serving local, regional and national companies. Under their leadership the company grew in revenue by 300% in a little over 12 years. The business was sold in 2001 after Theresa shifted to the nonprofit sector in 1999. In her more than two decades of nonprofit work, Theresa has developed a deep understanding of the roles that philanthropy and leadership play in all aspects of development through the positions she has held from Annual Giving Coordinator, Director of Development and Communications, Major Gift Officer, Vice President and Executive Director.

Theresa works with nonprofit leaders (staff and volunteer) to help them overcome challenges in their fundraising programs. Theresa believes that it is important to help passion-driven leaders implement their growth strategies through coaching and hands-on support as opposed to the model of “in-house counsel.” Theresa’s form of consulting is to walk alongside her clients and help them become successful by implementing the hands-on strategies in a supportive manner that reinforces learning for their growth.

Theresa earned her MBA from the LeBow College of Business at Drexel University and her BS in Business Management from Rosemont College, and she holds certification as a personal and professional coach from the Center for Strategic Intervention. She is ordained as an Elder and Deacon in the Presbyterian Church, USA and is an active community volunteer.

Roberta (Robbe) A. Healey, MBA, NHA, ACFRE has practiced philanthropic fundraising and non-profit management for more than 35 years. She is an accomplished fundraising generalist with successful track record of establishing new development offices, board and volunteer training. She is Vice President for Philanthropy of Simpson Senior Services as well as a founding member of Aurora Philanthropic Consulting. She has served numerous faith based organizations as Chief Development Officer. She chaired the Board of Directors of the Association of Fundraising Professionals International (AFP) 2009-10 and completed twelve years of Board service in December 2012. She served as founding member of the LeadingAge Philanthropy Network. In 2001 the Greater Philadelphia Chapter/AFP named her Fundraising Executive of the Year. She earned a BS in Education from Northeastern University, Boston, Massachusetts and an MBA from Villanova University, Villanova, Pennsylvania where she is a member of the adjunct faculty. She was the 75th individual to achieve the ACFRE, Advanced Certified Fund Raising Executive credential and holds a Pennsylvania Nursing Home Administrators License (NHA). A Rotarian, she is Presdient of the Rotary Club of Greater West Chester Sunrise in West Chester, PA. A sought after international speaker and presenter, she earned the AFP Master Teacher designation in 2000, the first year it was awarded and has been designated a Faculty Star by the Counci for the Advancement and Support of Education (CASE). She is the 2013 recipient of the AFP International Barbara Marion Award for outstanding leadership.
