Theresa F. Haenn, MBA, CFRE, Founding Member has been a senior development executive for health-related, human service and continuing care retirement communities for more than 19 years. Prior to a fundraising career, she co-owned a technology-driven service business for 14 years. Theresa helps fundraising teams realize success by designing plans to implement strategic objectives for small to mid-size not-for-profit organizations. Successful development plans leverage strategies for comprehensive campaigns along with strong annual giving programs, donor-centered giving programs, and strategic corporate and foundation programs. Theresa works collaboratively to leverage her creativity and skills to design effective and efficient fundraising campaigns and provide tools and structure to proactively help leaders drive accountability for their teams. Theresa is an AFP Master Trainer for non-profits and is certified as a business and personal coach. Theresa has served the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) at the national level on the Governance Task Force, as a member of the CFRE Review Task Force and on the AFP PAC Board. Theresa also served the AFP Greater Philadelphia Chapter in many leadership roles including past President and Chair. Theresa earned her MBA from the LeBow College of Business at Drexel University and her BS in Business Management from Rosemont College, and she holds certification as a Strategic Intervention coach from Robbins Madanes Training Center. She is ordained as an Elder and Deacon in the Presbyterian Church, USA and is an active community volunteer.
Roberta (Robbe) A. Healey, MBA, NHA, ACFRE has practiced philanthropic fundraising and non-profit management for more than 35 years. She is an accomplished fundraising generalist with successful track record of establishing new development offices, board and volunteer training. She is Vice President for Philanthropy of Simpson Senior Services as well as a founding member of Aurora Philanthropic Consulting. She has served numerous faith based organizations as Chief Development Officer. She chaired the Board of Directors of the Association of Fundraising Professionals International (AFP) 2009-10 and completed twelve years of Board service in December 2012. She served as founding member of the LeadingAge Philanthropy Network. In 2001 the Greater Philadelphia Chapter/AFP named her Fundraising Executive of the Year. She earned a BS in Education from Northeastern University, Boston, Massachusetts and an MBA from Villanova University, Villanova, Pennsylvania where she is a member of the adjunct faculty. She was the 75th individual to achieve the ACFRE, Advanced Certified Fund Raising Executive credential and holds a Pennsylvania Nursing Home Administrators License (NHA). A Rotarian, she is Presdient of the Rotary Club of Greater West Chester Sunrise in West Chester, PA. A sought after international speaker and presenter, she earned the AFP Master Teacher designation in 2000, the first year it was awarded and has been designated a Faculty Star by the Counci for the Advancement and Support of Education (CASE). She is the 2013 recipient of the AFP International Barbara Marion Award for outstanding leadership.
